Assisted Living Memory Care

Hartwell Place provides assisted living memory in a homelike environment. We offer specialized programming and personalized care. Our experienced team ensures residents live a vibrant and engaged lifestyle.

SASI Home Care

SASI provides hourly, overnight, or live-in home care assistance to help older adults manage everyday activities. We create a comfortable daily routine for the people we serve and we provide respite for family and friends.

Senior Connections

Senior Connections matches trained volunteers with older adults to create intergenerational friendships that reduce loneliness and isolation. By forging social connections, this program enhances quality of life of both participants.

West Suburban Senior Center

This Senior Center provides access to socialization, free daily lunches, exercise programs, and educational opportunities, including a monthly legal clinic through CDEL.

LGBT+ Program

The LGBT+ Program includes a free weekly lunch and discussion group that older adults can join in-person or virtually. The program also offers a weekly craft group, movie days, and more.

Affordable Senior Housing

CMSS provides affordable independent housing to older adults. Located in Andersonville on near North Side, these communities provide seniors with apartments at below-market rates.

LGBT+ Long-Term Care Equality Index High Performer

The Long-Term Care Equality Index (LEI) recognized Hartwell Place and Glenwood and Winwood Apartments as High Performers for promoting equitable treatment and inclusion for LGBT+ residents, visitors, and employees. We are the only long-term care and low-income housing communities in Chicago to receive this recognition.
